Stunning, dwarf Japanese Hemlock seedling originating from the high mountains of Japan. Diminutive short branches and shoots form a tight bun covered with short, blunt needles that resemble green rice grains interspersed with the tiny brown buds. 'Loowit' is the Native American name for Mount St. Helens.
