Hot colors, and plenty of them! Fragrant, 4-1/2" flowers open golden-orange, then mature to orange, and finally deep red, giving this Coneflower a colorful spectrum of warm hues appearing on the same clump at the same time. Echinacea 'Hot Summer' is very sturdy with a well branched habit. Long bloomtime from early to late summer, and can have sporadic bloom into fall. Coneflowers attract butterflies and make wonderful cut flowers.
