Vermilion red flowers are borne on burgundy red stems and lighten to a peachy orange. Blooming in mid to late spring, continuing for three to four weeks or more. Stems reach approximately 18" tall to hold blooms above the attractive 10" tall clump of semi-evergreen foliage. Use Geum 'Wet Kiss' in borders or along the front edge of a patio area. We like the way Geum foliage forms dense clumps to prevent weeds and to create a handsome leafy foreground for later blooming perennials. Prefers a moist, well drained soil, but will also grow in average soil.
