A famous and classical French hybrid Tree Peony introduced in 1928 by the noted hybridizer Victor Lemoine. A hybrid of P. lutea, it produces numerous, lemon-scented, fully double golden-yellow flowers with carmine-pink edged petals, during late spring or early summer. The large flowers are somewhat hidden in the lush attractive foliage. Ideal for cutting and floating on water.
Tree Peonies are woody stemmed shrubs that will grow to their mature size in 5 to 8 years. Blossoms will reach 5-7" wide, unless otherwise noted and will reach 3 1/2' to 5' tall and wide. Spring to fall container shipping.
